Membership Application Workshops
Our membership application workshops run throughout the year. These free workshops are designed to help you identify which grade of membership is right for you, understand the application process and how to complete the relevant documents.

Technical Report Workshop
If you wish to become professionally registered as an Incorporated Engineer (IEng) or a Chartered Engineer (CEng) we’ll need to review your academic qualifications against those accredited as meeting the education requirements for the UK Standard for Professional Engineering Competence (UK-SPEC).
If you don’t hold any accredited qualifications then you can still become a professionally registered IEng or CEng but we’ll ask you to produce a technical report as a means of demonstrating the engineering and management knowledge that you have gained whilst working.
If this is the case you might like to sign up for one of our technical report workshops. These free workshops are a great way to fully understand what you’ll be required to produce and to pick up lots of advice and tips on how to get started.
