Any training materials made available to download from this website (the “Site”), via an Institution of Gas Engineers and Managers (“IGEM”) event or otherwise (together “Training Materials”) are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights of IGEM and/or its suppliers. Use of any Training Materials is restricted solely for use by end users to facilitate the evaluation of the efficacy of the training provided by IGEM. Such Training Materials shall not be represented in part, or in whole, as part of any training documentation without the express permission of IGEM given in writing by an authorised agent of IGEM. Where such permission is given the copyright notice set out below must be clearly and prominently displayed on any and all documentation.
